FREE DELIVERY , This covers delivery of your flowers or hampers anywhere in Australia.

All designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. Some items may not be suitable to be sent to tropical areas. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements. In some cases, some flowers may be delivered in bud to provide longer enjoyment.

Our Guarantee

Leppington Florist guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order. Each arrangement delivered by its members is created by a professional florist. Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time. 

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery. 

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries. Should you have any further queries please call the store on 02 9606 6623 during business hours. 

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

For Products with Alcohol

Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.


We endeavour to ensure all flower arrangements delivered are as close to the image/order selected on the website. However, flowers, plants, containers, pots and wrapping are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery. Our florists will do their best to substitute the product accordingly to complement the original design. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value. This applies so we can ensure the recipient receives the best possible blooms.

The policy applies to all local, interstate and overseas deliveries.

Returns & Refunds

We are selling a perishable and fragile natural product, in which they have a limited life span. We are unable to give an exact amount of days the flowers will last as they do react to their environment. To assist with their care, a care and conditioning card is to be included with your order. 

Should the flowers perish within three days from delivery, please notify us and supply us with images of the flowers. If we are satisfied that all necessary care has been followed, then we will be happy to resend replacement flowers at our cost.  We are unable to resend fresh flowers if the original flowers have been disposed of, or images within the three days of delivery are not available.

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Should you have any further queries please call the store on 02 9606 6623 within the three day from ordering. A number of resolutions may be made and are subject to your particular situation.

Please note, All refunds for orders placed on line or over the phone are credited back to the original credit card/PayPal used to place the order. Refunds for in-store purchases will be credited back to the original credit card or via Eftpos. All cash purchases will be refunded via store voucher only.
